Terms of Use

These terms explain how Reloop, a UAE marketplace for second-hand items, works today and what we expect from members.

Using Reloop

Reloop is a marketplace where members in the UAE list items for sale and arrange their own trades. Members are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for the items they sell.

Accounts and identity checks

You create an account with an email address and password. Reloop's identity check is currently an in-app step and is not connected to a government identity service, so a completed check confirms the details a member entered, not an official Emirates ID confirmation.

Payments and delivery

Reloop does not currently process payments and is not a payment service or escrow provider. Buyers and sellers agree payment and handover between themselves. Courier delivery is arranged privately between members; Reloop does not operate a courier service.
