3. Chat and agree

Ask questions, make an offer, and arrange pickup or delivery — all inside Reloop, so nothing moves to outside apps or unknown links.

4. Pay with protection

Payment is held while the item is on its way and released to the seller only once the buyer confirms they have it.

5. Collect or get it delivered

Meet nearby in your neighbourhood, or send it with a local courier across the emirates.
