Buying safely
Reloop does not hold or process payments, so buying safely comes down to a few simple habits.
Agree payment directly
Buyers and sellers agree how to pay between themselves. Reloop does not take payment, hold funds or act as an escrow service, so treat any page that suggests otherwise as an error and tell us.
Check before you pay
Inspect the item, ask for extra photos or a short video, and power electronics on before handing money over.
If something goes wrong
Report the listing or the conversation from the listing page. We can review the account and remove listings, but we cannot recover money paid outside Reloop.
