Why do I need to verify my Emirates ID?
Verification keeps fake accounts out. You do it once, and only a Verified badge appears on your public profile — never your ID number or document.
Is my identity information shown to other people?
No. Identity details are used only to confirm it's really you. Buyers and sellers see your name, area, rating and Verified badge — nothing else.
How does payment work?
You pay inside the app and the money is held while the item is on its way. It is released to the seller once you confirm you have the item. Payments in this preview are simulated.
Can I meet in person instead?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and agree a time in chat. Meet somewhere public and well-lit, and check the item before you confirm.
What can I sell?
Almost anything permitted — electronics, fashion, furniture, baby gear, gaming, vinyl, collectibles and more. New and unopened items are welcome too. See Prohibited Items for what isn't allowed.
Someone asked me to pay outside the app. What should I do?
Don't. Keep offers, payment and delivery inside Reloop, and report the conversation. Outside links and transfers are not protected.
