How Reloop handles the information you give us when you create an account, list an item or message another member.
Information you provide
Account details such as your email address, display name and any identity details you enter are stored to run your account. They are not displayed on public profiles and are not shared with other members.
What other people see
Other members see your display name, approximate neighbourhood, rating and review count. They do not see your address, email, phone number or identity documents.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your information or ask for your account to be deleted at any time.
